Day 1
(D) Arrival to Tocumen Airport and transfer to The Gamboa Rainforest Resort. Welcome special gluten-free dinner.
Overnight accommodations in Deluxe River View Room.
Day 2
(B,L,D) Gluten free meals. Today enjoy a tour to the Embera Indian Village. Full day tour 8:30-4:00. Includes transportation from hotel to the Piragua (dug out canoe) put in point. Transfer up the Chagres River to spend 1/2 day with an Embera Indian village tribe. You will enjoy sharing their culture with dance and lunch. You can shop for their arts and crafts. Following boxed lunch you will go on a short hike over rocky terrain to a waterfall for a swim, then return by boat to the bus and back to your hotel. Hiking shoes that can get wet are recommended.
Accommodations in Deluxe River View room.
Day 3
(B,L,D) Gluten free meals. Gamboa Day tour includes Aerial tram trip where you will discover the secrets of the rainforest, tour of the Gamboa Resort, lunch at Los Lagartos on the Chagres River, then a visit to Monkey Island for an opportunity to spot the white faced Capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, sloths and different birds and reptiles.
Transfer to Playa Bonita Beach Resort for overnight accommodations in a deluxe room.
Day 4
(B,L,D) Free Day to enjoy the resort and the Spa.

Day 5
(B,L,D) Full Day Panama Canal and City tour – The Panama City and Canal tour is an all day tour departing at 9:00am and returning at 5:00pm. Start the day with a visit to Old Panama to see the Spanish fortress remains and museum followed by a drive through the modern city as you head to Casco Antiguo. Here you take a walking tour to include the Church of the Golden Alter and the Inter-Oceanic Museum. Lunch is serverd at the Miraflores Locks visitor center and you will also see the Museum, movie about the new canal and the viewing locations.
Overnight accommodation at Playa Bonita Resort in deluxe room.
Day 6
Transfer to Tocumen Airport.
