RESERVATIONS:

To assure your choice of departure date, an early reservation is recommended.

PAYMENTS:

A deposit set by the tour package plus air (when included in the package price) per person is required as of notification to hold reservations. If air is included in the quote 100% payment of air required with deposit unless otherwise indicated. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your day of departure unless otherwise indicated. If booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required, at time of booking. Payment is accepted by check. Payments by Credit Cards are accepted with a 5% processing fee.

PRICING:

Prices are based on tariffs and rates in effect at the date of booking and are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION:

Guest must notify Condor Tours and Travel of cancellation of trip. If no notification is received guest will be charged the full cost of the trip. If entire trip is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure guest is liable for the entire trip cost. More than 72 hours a refund will be given based on refunds given by tour agencies and hotels at destination. Air is not refundable. All refunds will incur a 15% processing fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is available through Condor Tours and Travel and is recommended for international travel. Claims are made directly with the insurance company.

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:

Air fares (unless otherwise indicated in itinerary), passport and visa fees, inoculations, excess luggage charges, all items of a personal nature, such as laundry, drinks, telephone calls and cables, trip and baggage insurance, meals not at resort, gratuities and airport departure taxes are not included in the price of the tour.

REFUNDS/CHANGES:

No refunds will be allowed for missed services, scheduled booked tours, meals, or any absence from the resort, or for resort accommodations not used. Two (2) changes allowed after the itinerary is finalized. More than 2 changes will incur a $25 per itinerary per change fee. If air has been purchased on clients behalf, air is non-refundable and non changeable. Condor Tours & Travel reserves the right to cancel or alter itineraries as deemed necessary. Tour operation or alterations may occur due to road or weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, and accommodations availability among others. The company gives no guarantee as to the exact arrival or departure times as circumstances beyond our control may influence these.

SIGHTSEEING/TOURS:

Additional sightseeing/excursions and tours available at the resorts. These may be purchased at the resort. Condor Tours and Travel is not responsible for any sightseeing/tours purchased at the resort. Tips to tour guides are at your discretion.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL, acts only as an agent for the supplier in regards to travel, whether by plane, car, motor coach, ship or railroad, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect of any vehicle, act of war, revolt or other civil uprising, other military action, strikes or Acts of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in the arrangements of the tour. CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL assumes no liability for losses or additional expenses because of delays or changes in air schedules or any other causes. All such losses or expenses will the responsibilities of the member of the tour, as the rates provided are for the arrangements only at the time stated. CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary and to cancel any tour prior to departure. CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL assumes no liability for damage or loss of luggage before, during, or after the tour.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE AGREEMENT WITH CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE TRIPS AND ACTIVITIES YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT BRING SUIT OR MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST CONDOR OUTFITTERS FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, HOWEVER CAUSED, AS THE RESULT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR. YOU RELEASE CONDOR OUTFITTERS AND ITS EMPLOYEES, FROM ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS AND DEMANDS THAT YOU MAY HAVE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, BODILY INJURY, OR DEATH ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN A TOUR. This release of LIABILITY is entered into on behalf of all members of your family, including minors accompanying you. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives and assigns. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in force and effect.
