Meet Everen T. Brown – Egypt Eclipse Expedition Leader!
Condor Tours & Travel has partnered with Eclipse Chaser Extraordinaire - Everen T. Brown – to enhance our journey with a fun and engaging Eclipse Program!
His Story
Everen’s solar eclipse adventures have taken him to all seven continents, viewing 13 total solar eclipses and 4 annular eclipses. From a supersonic Concorde Eclipse Flight in 1999 – to the icebreaker Kapitan Khlebnikov in 2003 – to view the first solar eclipse viewed by humans from Antarctica – he has some unique stories to share.
As a professional 360° Degree Panoramic Photographer, his quest is to photograph panoramic images before, during and after totality, to capture that “you are there” feeling of a solar eclipse and to share this unique imagery with the world. He now works with 360° Degree Video to capture this amazing phenomenon.
He has written articles about eclipse chasing for major publications and produced a short documentary in 1991 aboard the MS Jubilee’s solar eclipse cruise with Astronaut Buzz Aldrin. He plans legendary Eclipse tours, including his recent trip to Easter Island, where his group enjoyed the annular eclipse of October 2, 2024.
He is the creator and photographer of the 360° World Atlas online software project. He has produced four books featuring his unique 360° Degree Panoramic Photos.
Everen also designs eclipse souvenirs and swag – and will be producing some fun mementos to commemorate our trip!
Everen will also be hosting our “Eclipse After Party” the evening of August 2 -. a recap of eclipse day, featuring images and sentiments from our group! A fun, audience participation event, to process our thoughts on this amazing spectacle of nature! And a chance to say farewell to our newfound friends and fellow eclipse chasers, before we begin our journey home.
